Once processed by Ubidoca (received, scanned, saved or stored), we forward your mail at least once a month. It may be important for you to have the original of a mail (rental contract, judgment, sales contract, bank loan, etc.).
- You do not need to request it : we forward your mail automatically.
- All the mail received for you by Ubidoca is forwarded according to the frequency of your choice : once a month, every 2 weeks, once a week or every day.
Your forwarding address
- We forward your mail to the address you indicated after your registration in your Customer Space, under "Contact details" then "Forwarding address".
- You can give us a forwarding address in France or anywhere in the world, that can be yours or a third party's. Remember to specify when you register whether or not your name should appear on the return envelope.
- You can change this forwarding address as many times as you like for free. As soon as you modify it, it is taken into account by our team.
Tracking of mail on demand
- We forward your mail by priority mail. If you wish another type of forwarding (by registered mail or via a private carrier), simply inform us by email before the scheduled date of your mail forwarding.
- You have received an important mail (registered mail, cheque book, credit card, etc.) that cannot wait until the scheduled date of forwarding, ask us for an urgent forwarding. Our team forwards this mail the same day you request it.
More services ?
- You do not wish to receive advertising mail ? With the Mail Filtering service, we destroy all advertising and promotional mail received for you upon receipt.
- You do not have a fixed address to communicate to us for the forwarding of your mail ? With the Mail Storage service, we can store your mail for several months.
- Are you in a country where the local Post services are not reliable ? Upon your request, we forward your originals with a private carrier (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, CHRONOPOST, etc.).
- You never need to receive your original mail ? Choose the Monthly Destruction service. No mail is forwarded to you : they are destroyed one month after receipt (provided that you sent us a written authorization).
A minimum of constraints for you
- You choose your payment method : you credit your UBIDOCA account online by credit card or by bank transfer.
- You manage your account yourself : your Ubidoca account works as a prepaid account. You can therefore pay several months in advance or credit your account each month. You can also change your options each month or choose another monthly plan that better suits your needs.
- You remain in control of your subscription : if you are not satisfied with our services or if you no longer need them, a simple unsubscribe email is sufficient and we refund your remaining credit. No notice or termination fees are required.
